Earrings-cycads-green

I am constantly amazed by the plants up here in the Top End as they somehow manage to survive both the long, rainless dry season and the torrential rain of the wet season. It has always seemed so miraculous to me that plants could survive such a brutal contrast in conditions and I love observing the changes that happen in the bush during the year, particularly on our little patch of paradise. These earrings are a shout out to one of my faves, the cycad, for just doing their cycad thing.

Dimensions: 45mm(w) x 70mm(h) with a hanging length of approximately 85mm (includes the length of the ear wire).

Made from hand painted, lightweight acrylic with sterling silver plated earwires. 

Note that the colour will look different in real life. I’ve tried reeeallly hard to try and get the colours looking similar but due to how cameras, monitors and screens process and display colour it is really hard to get them accurate.
